Regarding land violations, the Monitoring Team “named” the ministries/sectors and localities with major violations such as Thua Thien Hue (23,575.55 ha), Dak Nong (6,076.23 ha), Ha Giang (1,012 ha) ,9 ha), Gia Lai (900.87 ha), Son La (745.72 ha), Lam Dong (531.47 ha), Long An (531 ha), Ha Tinh (484.9 ha), Vinh Phuc (479.96 ha), Bac Giang (406.56 ha).
Regarding money violations, Dak Nong topped the list with VND 988.56 billion, followed by the Ministry of Finance (VND 875.78 billion). Other localities and units with major violations of money mentioned in the report of the Monitoring Team are Bac Ninh (580.81 billion VND), Phu Tho (695.42 billion VND), Quang Ninh (405.37 billion VND). VND), Bac Lieu (569.13 billion VND), Tien Giang (353.88 billion VND), Ministry of Defense (318.22 billion VND).

In the period of 2016 – 2021, the whole Inspectorate has urged the implementation of 49,440 inspection and examination conclusions; completed 47,793 conclusions (reaching the rate of 97%).

In addition, in the period 2016-2021, the State Auditor carried out 1,243 audits. Thereby, the State Audit recommended financial settlement of 432,418.9 billion dong (in which increase state budget revenue 72,390.7 billion dong; reduce state budget expenditure 107,067.6 billion dong; handle other 252,960, 6 billion dong).
At the same time, the State Audit also recommends amending, supplementing, replacing and annulling 960 legal documents, documents mismanaged or inconsistent with the general regulations of the State. The State Audit has transferred 21 cases with criminal signs detected through audit activities to the investigating police agency for investigation, clarification and handling in accordance with the law.
In the 2016-2020 period, ministries, branches and localities have made 290,644,295 billion VND/365,455,197 billion VND of the total recommendations of the State Audit for financial handling, equaling 79.53%.
