Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis claims Mexican cops are going after ex-wife for stealing $350K
The former girlfriend of Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis denies his claims that she stole $350,000 from a company he is affiliated with.
Francis had shared an apparent Spanish-language arrest warrant stating that Wilson is wanted in Mexico for breach of trust against Birchfield LLC.
But Wilson’s attorneys say they “categorically and unequivocally deny there is an arrest warrant in Mexico or anywhere else.”
“This is another forgery committed by Joe Francis, who is a fugitive from justice evading arrest while living in Mexico,” they told DailyMail.com in a statement.
“Joe Francis will be arrested if he ever returns to the United States and serves years, not days, in prison.”
Francis told the media in December that Wilson “kidnapped” her children. He was supposed to be seeing his seven-year-old twin girls, Athena and Alexandria, for Christmas, but his ex had “disappeared”.
The former couple have accused each other of domestic violence.
But Wilson’s representatives said Francis had been withdrawn from his personal visits due to “his constant threats against Ms. Wilson”.
“The judge in Mexico has denied Mr Francis access to his children. He has a long history of violence and substance abuse and is a wanted man in the United States. He also has over $30,000,000 in judgments against him,” they claim.

Francis claims without evidence that Wilson became addicted to fentanyl and he believes she is hiding in upstate Mexico with her narco-dealer boyfriend, the two girls.
“At the height of the unvaccinated portion of the pandemic, she was taking these drugs extensively,” he said in an exclusive interview with DailyMail.com.
“I had given her access to some of my bank accounts like anyone else and she was able to transfer large sums of money from Mexico to America into her US bank accounts.”
Wilson’s reps denied being involved in “kidnappings” and said she does not date anyone who is a “drug dealer.”
“Any problems Mr. Francis has in Mexico are his own fault and he should realize that he can only hide in Mexico for so long,” they added. ‘MS. Wilson is simply a victim of domestic violence and mental terrorism inflicted monthly by her former boyfriend Joe Francis.
Francis built a resort in Mexico called Casa Amara, where he lives in exile on an active warrant in the United States, according to The Wall Street Journal. He met Wilson in 1997 during a Hottest Girls in America contest and settled south of the border.
The “arrest warrant,” which is in Spanish, makes no mention of an amount of money, nor does it mention the children or the kidnapping.

Around this time, Francis was accused of domestic violence for allegedly spitting on her, hitting her and dragging her by her hair around his beachfront home in front of the children.
He claims she made it up and bribed Mexican authorities to charge him with a crime.
“All of a sudden she made up some fake domestic violence thing, then she paid a prosecutor named ‘Karen’ 100,000 pesos,” he said, to have him arrested and charged.
“It’s not supported by anything,” Francis said. “You can speak to my staff. I’ll pay you a million dollars if you get any of them to say I ever yelled at them. I just don’t do it.’
Francis was arrested in August on domestic violence charges and made sure to tag the Casa Aramara resort he had built in the beach town of Punta de Mita, Mexico, near Puerto Vallarta.
He was held in detention for several weeks and underwent court-ordered therapy, and his case was eventually dropped.

Wilson’s attorney Ronald Richards previously told DailyMail.com that Francis had been “physically and verbally abusive” and the mother had “full, temporary custody”.
Richards also provided records of the court proceedings.
Wilson has also said that Francis paid minimal child support after their split.
“I don’t like domestic violence as part of my home,” Francis said.
He said he has only seen his children for nine days in the past two years as a result of the charges. At Christmas he accused her of parental kidnapping when they didn’t come to his house for the holidays.
“I have joint custody of my children,” he said. “You should be allowed to see her father, but instead she’s crazy.”
“This goes beyond a custody battle,” he said. “It’s a crime. This is a real crime.”
Francis said her boyfriend, a drug dealer, kidnapped his lawyer for three days and tasered him on his genitals to torture him.
Francis compared himself to Liam Neeson in the film Taken about a retired special forces agent tasked with tracking down his daughter’s kidnappers.
He said he tried to help his ex but felt her addiction took control of her.
“I’ve tried to get her to go to therapy sessions and then the therapists say there’s nothing I can do,” he said.
As he tries to resolve the custody issue with his former squeeze, he’s been able to host several celebrity guests, including Kim Kardashian, who pops in with his soft-core porn money at the resort he’s building on Mexico’s Pacific coast.
For now, Francis is worried the girls won’t get hurt when authorities kick in his ex’s door.
“I really hope that my daughters will recover as soon as possible and that the operation will be peaceful,” he said. “And that she goes quietly. 50 police officers are coming to her right now.”
He said he just wants his daughters to be with him.
“Joe Francis loves his daughters very much and misses them so much,” he said. “And what her mother did is tragic.”
