Woman charged with murder, DUI in death of friend in car submerged near Mission Bay
A 21-year-old woman is facing a murder charge for allegedly leaving the scene of an accident in March near Mission Bay that fatally injured her passenger, who drowned in the overturned and partially submerged car.
