The New York Post reports that Jennifer Marino Petitgout filed for divorce in New Jersey Tuesday, ending a 13-year marriage from which she has three children.
She is also reportedly trying to make her current restraining order permanent.

The source also told them that police will escort Luke to the house on Friday so he can collect his belongings.

Former Giants lineman Luke Petitgout testified Thursday that he was shocked his wife had met a potential suitor after the couple set up accounts on an adult dating site as “fantasy.”
Petitgout, 39, first took the stand to defend himself against allegations that he assaulted his wife Jennifer and their date John Constantinides in June 2014 at Manhattan’s 48 Lounge.

“I tried to lock him up, herd him around the exit,” Petitgout said. “I told him to go and get out, and he wouldn’t.”
Petitgout denied ever hitting Constantinides or his wife, who remained seated throughout the heated confrontation.
