Lamb is the son of Rolando and Angela Lamb and the third of four siblings.[1] His father is a pastor and a former collegiate basketball player who scored a game-changing buzzer-beater for Virginia Commonwealth against Northeastern in the 1984 NCAA tournament.[2] His brother Zach played college basketball for Cal State Bakersfield.

Hali was also the Director of Cheerleading and Gymnastics Instructors at Lake Norman Gymnastics Academy. Previously Account Manager for FP Marketing; & the marketing, sales and events representative for Spirit Sports in Greer, SC.

Hali and Jeremy are expecting their first child together.
