For the first time in Project Runway history, four all-female finalists presented their collections at New York Fashion Week in the season 19 finale. Designers Coral Castillo, Shantall Lacayo, Chasity Sereal and Kristina Kharlashkina were the four finalists fighting for the $250,000 grand prize and, of course, the title.

And when even the finances failed, she finally decided that she just had to push through and do it. So when she was cast for the role, Chasity had no reason not to give the judges her best. Chasity was shooting this season of Project Runway in Spring 2021 and entered a game plan against what judge Nina Garcia calls “the most talented group of designers we’ve ever had.”
