John Mongrel John Mongrel Death – Dead Obituary John Mongrel Cause of Death

John Mongrel, also known as The General, is often described as the most feared prisoner in South Africa.

John Mongrel is the brutal general and leader of the 28’s at Pollsmoor Prison. Mongrel came to Pollsmoor at the age of 14 and immediately took to the gang life. He wanted to be 28 and therefore killed one of his cellmates with a knife in the heart. This happened before Mongrel’s 15th birthday.

Unlike other prisons, Mongrel has made sure the 28s are on top at Pollsmoor Prison and demands that the other numbers listen to every word he says. Should any 27 member step out of line, Mongrel will fulfill the duty of killing those members himself, a ritual far removed from traditional teachings.

Figures vary but it is believed that Mongrel was responsible, either directly or indirectly, for over 1000 deaths in Pollsmoor during his 30 years in prison.

Mongrel gained international fame when he starred in the television series Ross Kemp on Gangs. Kemp said Mongrel is the scariest man he’s ever met.

He continued: “The memory of his breath will stay with me for a long time – he smelled like street murder left in the sun.

Since being inside, he has cut out the eye of a guard and raped another inmate every three weeks. He described killing with a toothbrush melted to the tip.

He was heavily tattooed, but instead of needles he used a razor blade.”

John Mongrel died in 2014.

This is a chilling account of John Mongrel and Annanias Mathe, two of South Africa’s most feared convicts of all time. These two names have instilled fear in a large number of people because they used to be responsible for a number of terrible events. Every man was a serial thief and serial killer.

What was the identity of Annania’s math?

The media named Mathe Houdini after the famous magician who specialized in escape tricks after escaping from prison several times. Mathe was a citizen of Mozambique. He was born in 1976 and died on December 27, 2016. His escape from the C-Max maximum security prison in Pretoria in 2006 brought him notoriety.

In November 2006, Mathe was arrested on 51 counts of murder, attempted murder, rape, kidnapping and armed robbery, but fled shortly thereafter. He accomplished this by spreading petroleum jelly all over his body and slipping out of his 20cm x 60cm cell window. This wasn’t the first time Mathe evaded police custody, however. He too fled in 2005.

The subsequent escape sparked a worldwide manhunt and he was arrested on December 4, 2006 thanks to a tracking device found in a vehicle stolen from Craighall.

Mathe was found guilty of 67 of 71 crimes, including aggravated rape, attempted aggravated rape, attempted murder, robbery and theft. His sentence was a minimum of 43 years and a maximum of 54 years in prison. Six prison guards involved in his recent escape have been fired.

Mathe died on 27 December 2016 at King Edward VIII Hospital due to constipation and health concerns related to urinary retention.

What was John Mongrel’s identity?

South Africa’s most feared prisoner, John Mongrel, was the sadistic leader of the Gang of 28 at Pollsmoor Prison. He was only 14 when he first came to Pollsmoor. That same year, he initiated himself into 28 by stabbing a cellmate in the heart.

At Pollsmoor Prison, Mongrel was a tyrant. Countless men have been raped by him, and those who oppose him are stabbed. Mongrel is believed to have been responsible for the deaths of more than a thousand inmates at Pollsmoor, either directly or through the dispatch of another prisoner.

He rose to worldwide fame after being interviewed by Ross Kemp for a series about gangs. Kemp stated on the tape that Mongrel was the most terrifying person he had ever met. Kemp added, “The stench of his breath will stay with me for a very long time; he smelled like rotten street murder.”

In the interview, he said that razor blades were used to cut his tattoos into his skin and that he never slept with the same person for more than three weeks.

After 30 years with Pollsmoor, Mongrel passed away in 2014.
